To create a new Service Level Agreement(SLA):

1. enter the Service Level Management (SLM) section and choose the SLAs tab
2. in the latter tab click on the New SLA; this will open a popup window
3. fill in the first tab in the window; fill in the SLA name and description and determine the adjacent Service and the Service Level choosing from the falling menus
4. the second tab allows you to add Business Units
