You can create a new incident closure classification by clicking the “New Incident Closure Classification” button.

A “New Incident Closure Classifications” form is displayed. The incident closure classification’s name is required and has to be different from existing ones.

To block this incident closure classification check, the “Blocked” check box. When blocked, incident closure classification is not displayed to any customers or Help Desk personnel. Administrator can at any time unblock any incident closure classification and make it available for customers or Help Desk personnel.
