| You can create a new incident origin by clicking the “New Incident Origin” button. A “New Incident Origin” form is displayed. The incident origin’s name is required and has to be different from existing ones. To block this incident origin, check the “Blocked” check box. When blocked, incident origin is not displayed to any customers or Help Desk personnel.
