| You can create a new incident category by clicking the “New Incident Category” button. A “New Incident Category” form is displayed. The incident category’s name is required and has to be different from existing ones. To block this incident category check the “Blocked” check box. When blocked, incident category is not displayed to any customers or Help Desk personnel. Administrator can at any time unblock any incident category and make it available for customers or Help Desk personnel. You may also be interested in...
