In order to view or modify SLA’s data fields and SLA’s settings, click on the particular SLA. A dialog box will be opened in which you can change the data.

Modifying SLA'a is very useful for adding new business units, where all setting stay the same and only new business group is added. This way you can manage several business units with only one SLA, which is much cleaner and simpler.
