Only administrator user can change view options.
View options can be adjusted by clicking on the View Properties button in the General Options menu.
View settings define the size of different web popups and the number of rows in the grids.
Settings can be changed on:
- Desktop
- Popup (when viewing item data, like groups, users etc.)
- Find popup (when searching for existing items, for example when adding existing users to a group)
You can change the following view settings:
- number of rows in the grid on the desktop
- number of rows in the grid in the popup web form
- number of rows in the grid in the find popup web form
- size of the popup web form
- size of the popup find web form
- welcome message which appears on the login screen
