How do I assign an incident to myself?

To assign the incident to yourself:

  1. click on the New Incident button.
  2. choose the New Incident Template; this will open the popup window
  3. click on the search button beside Service User field; this will open an another popup window
  4. fill in your user name and click the Go button

This way incident can be assigned to any person within the respective Polar Help Desk database.
