.
To assign the incident to yourself:
- click on the New Incident button.
- choose the New Incident Template; this will open the popup window
- click on the search button beside Service User field; this will open an another popup window
- fill in your user name and click the Go button

This way incident can be assigned to any person within the respective Polar Help Desk database.
