  • fale i netrivijalna pitanja oko koristenja, kada se istice povezanost tih entiteta. Npr. da li se mogu izbrisati SL koji se koriste? I npr. za naprednije koristenje, da se SLA moze napraviti i bez BU pa se BU kasnije dodaju po volji. Ovo je korisno ako imamo 1 Service koji pruzamo, ali s 2 kvalitete pruzanja usluge... pa odmah na pocetku napravimo 2 SLA sa tim Serviceom (jedan vise kvalitete sa jednim SL, jedan nize sa drugim SL), a kasnije kako dolaze klijenti i kako radimo njihove BU, dodajemo BU ili u prvi SLA ili u drugi SLA.
