| Work order templates are used by Help Desk personnel while creating new work orders. When creating a work order, a member of Help Desk staff may use existing Work Order templates with predefined fields: - Work Order Title (defining title for the new work order) - Work Order Status (defining initial status of the work order) - Work Order Priority (defining initial priority of the work order) - Assignment to Group (to which work order will be assigned to) - Assignment to User (to which work order be assigned to) In the Templates tab the list of all the existing incident templates is displayed. One Incident Template field is displayed as column: “Template Name”. By clicking the header of the column you can sort the incident templates by their name. You may also be interested in... Tip: If you click on “Template Name” column the incident templates will be sorted by their name in ascending order.
