Only administrator user can use Force Directory option.

Polar Help Desk works in periodic cycles in terms of renewing all set tasks. However, if you do not want to wait until a cycle is complete, you can force tasks execution by clicking on the Force Scheduler button. The button is located in the Scheduler tab of the Application Settings popup.
