| The type of license applied in Polar Help Desk is a concurrent one. This means that it is possible to setup as many support representatives as you wish and all of them can access help desk. The number of support representatives who can work at the help desk at the same time is limited by the number of concurrent licenses you are subscribed to. For example, your organization has 15 employees. You can create a unique username for each employee and all of them can access the system.
