Polar Help Desk is made for three basic types of users:
- customers - responsible for reporting incidents
- support representatives - responsible for resolving incidents
- administrators - responsible for system adiminstration
Each type of user has a different interface and different functionalities included. Although these are three basic user types, "hybrid" users can also be defined by adding different Roles to them by using Administration tab.
