What is support representative?
.

Support representative is responsible for resolving incidents if and when they occur. Support representative needs to answer customer in the fastest possible way. In order to resolve incidents faster and easier, support representative can use a database with already resolved incidents. There can be several support representatives in your company, but only a limited number of them can access the system at the same time, depending of the number of licenses purchased.
