Successful incident resolution often requires a lot of work. When so, a work order requiring personnel to perform a task is issued and assigned to specific user or a team.
In Polar help desk 5, work order module is automated and integrated with the Incident Management. It displays all work orders and work orders history. All work registered in a work order has a Priority and a Status.
Every work order has an unique Title, one Deadline, and Description.
As the work progresses, the work order can be updated with information reflecting the actual completion time. You can view the status of each work order and make adjustments to the scheduled work as necessary.
