Email templates are used by help desk application for sending e-mail notifications to application users.

They can be found at [Administration > Email Templates] and edited, and they can be created at [Create New > Admin Items > Email Templates]

Email templates use "String Template" template engine http://www.stringtemplate.org for generating emails (more samples... )
