Work order templates are predefined forms used by support personnel while creating new work orders. When creating a work order, a member of Help Desk staff may use existing Work Order templates with some of this values predefined:

- Work Order Title (defining title for the new work order)

- Assignment to User (to whom work order will be assigned to)

- Assignment to Team (to whom work order be assigned to)

- Attached incident (to which work order will be assigned to)

- Work Order Status (defining initial status of the work order)

- Work Order Priority (defining initial priority of the work order)

- Attachments

- Private and public tags

- Work order description - provide as much information as necessary for the specialist to complete the work

note that a work order can optionally be related to the one incident, and an incident can be related to a number of work orders.
