Can I Copy Settings From One Role To Another

Yes, you can.

To create a new Role and copy settings from another Role, go to Create New > Admin Items > Role. There will be a button Copy From at the top. Choose Role you want to copy set of permissions from and the table with permissions will be copied to this Role.
