Of course. To create custom views, login to your help desk application and do the following:
1. Click Work Orders in the main navigation and then choose Work Orders from the padding menu. The list with all work orders will appear.
2. Click 'Advanced View' link besides search option at the top of the page. A form will appear.
3. Choose and set parameters, and give you custom view a name. Also, you can choose to may view public by checking 'Public View' check box.
4. Click Save.
