Customization Options

Interactive API interface gives you a lot of room for customization. You can develop widgets to integrate with other applications and processes inside your organization or for external application such as network channels, web sites etc.

Before so, you can customize the look and feel of your help desk desktop in Administration desktop. You can choose your own welcome message, give your help desk a custom title, choose default language data format, and time zone to be used, set default service levels, e--mail account, notification templates, set help desk URL address etc. Also, you can customize User Types, Service Level Agreements, permissions and roles..
