To view your previously saved incidents listing views, login to your help desk application and do the following:

1. Click Incidents in the main navigation and then choose Incidents from the padding menu. The list with incidents will appear.

2. From the box besides search option at the top of the page choose the name of your view. Incidents list will appear.
