To create a new Category, you must have certain permissions. By default, Administrator can view and manage Category section.
- Log in to the Polar help desk application using your user name and password.
- Click on the 'Create New' button from the left sidebar to expand, and then, from the 'Admin Items' menu select 'Category'. The screen with an empty default Team template will display.
- Enter all necessary information. The 'Name' field is required.
- Click Save.
