How Can I Add An Attachment File With An Incident

To add attachment with an incident, click on the 'Choose File' button in the incident template. Dialog window should appear. Choose a file, click 'Open', and then, when dialog window closes, click on the 'Upload' button. When upload is done, you should see your file besides Attachments.

Don't forget to save changes.
