You can do that only if you have permissions to view and edit teams. By default only Administrator can do that.
To add a User to a Team, do the following:
- Click on Teams > Teams in navigation bar. List of Teams will appear.
- Click on the Team you want to add Users to.
- Under Add Member, click on look up button and add user by clicking + sign in front of his name.
- Click Save to save the Team.
