To change your help desk title
- Log in to the Polar help desk application as Administrator using your user name and password.
- Click on the 'Administration' in the main navigation and then choose 'Setting' from the padding bar. The settings options will display.
- Click on the 'Default Time Zone' field and from expanded list choose a desired time zone.
- Click on the field besides "Date-Time Format" and enter desired format. Note that, to do so, you must disable "Use client local date-time format for everyone" check box.
- Click Save.
