To change your help desk title

  1. Log in to the Polar help desk application as Administrator using your user name and password.
  2. Click on the 'Administration' in the main navigation and then choose 'Setting' from the padding bar. The settings options will display.
  3. Click on the 'Default Time Zone' field and from expanded list choose a desired time zone.
  4. Click on the field besides "Date-Time Format" and enter desired format. Note that, to do so, you must disable "Use client local date-time format for everyone" check box.
  5. Click Save.
