How Can I Change The Incident Status
.

To change the incident status, do the following:

   1. Open the desired incident by clicking on its title. 
   2. Click on the Status drop down menu located in Incident window.
   3. Select desired status ("New", "Inprogress", "Completed", "Waiting", "Resolved" or "Closed").
   4. Click on Save or Save&Close button in Incident window.
