To change your help desk URL

   1. Log in to the Polar help desk application as Administrator using your user name and password.
   2. Click on the 'Administration' in the main navigation and then choose 'Setting' from the padding bar. The settings options will disply.
   3. Enter a desired URL in a 'Help Desk URL' field.
   4. Click Save.

Note that, after you have changed URL, your help desk will be accessible only from the URL that you have typed in.
