To modify Email Notifications, you must have certain permissions. By default, Administrator can view and manage Email Notifications section.
- Log in to the Polar help desk application using your user name and password.
- Click on the 'Create New' button from the left sidebar to expand, and then, from the 'Admin Items' select 'Email Notifications'. The screen with an empty default form will display.
- Enter all necessary information. The 'Name' field is required.
- Click Save.
