To register, go to the help desk login page and:

1. Click on the 'Register New Contact' link.
2. Fill out the required fields such as username, password and email address.
3. Click Create button. After a short period of time you will receive a confirmation email.

Note that only Contacts can be created while using this feature. In order to create support technicians, you need to log in as an administrator.
