To delete Email Notifications, you must have certain permissions. By default, Administrator can view and manage Email Notifications section.

1. Log in to the Polar help desk application using your user name and password.
2. Click the 'Administration' in the header navigation and then select 'Email Notifications'. The screen with all Email Notifications will display.
3. Check the boxes besides one or many Email Notifications you want to delete, and then click 'Delete' button. Selected items will be deleted.
