How Can I Delete An Incident Category

To delete a Category, you must have certain permissions. By default, Administrator can view and manage Category section.

  1. Log in to the Polar help desk application using your user name and password.
  2. Click on the 'Create New' button from the left sidebar to expand, and then, from the 'Admin Items' menu select 'Category'. The screen with an empty default Team template will display.
  3. Check the boxes besides one or many Categories you want to delete, and then click 'Delete' button. Selected items will be deleted.
