How Can I Delete Service Level

To delete Service, do the following:

1. Click Administration and than choose Service Level from the menu. The list with all existing Services is displayed.

2. Mark one or more checkboxes besides the Service Levels you want to delete, and then click Delete button.

You can also open a Service Level by clicking on its name and then click on the Delete button.
