How can I import Contacts from CSV?

Importing is done by pasting the contents of the CSV file into the CSV Data text box.

When importing contacts from a file you must specify the following fields:

Contact Template – template new Contacts will be based on. Here you can define Roles and Accounts for the new contacts.
Translation - conversion table used to copy data from CSV table to the Help Desk database. Simply enter the names of the matching fields you wish to copy. Only the specified fields will be copied.
CSV Data – text box containing the contents of the CSV file you wish to import. Simply paste the contents of your CSV file here.

CSV file must contain a header. Without a header, importer will not be able to distinguish columns.
