To modify Email Templates, you must have certain permissions. By default, Administrator can view and manage Email Templates section.
- Log in to the Polar help desk application using your user name and password.
- Click the 'Administration' in the header navigation and then select 'Email Templates'. The screen with all Email Templates will display.
- Click on the name of the template you want to modify. A screen with template details will appear.
- Do modification.
- Click 'Save' button.
