How Can I Remove Account From An Existing Service Level Agreement
.

To delete an existing SLA, do the following:

1. Click Administration and then select SLA from the menu. The list with all existing SLA is displayed.

2. 3. Mark one or more check boxes besides the SLA names you want to delete and then click Delete button.

You can also open a SLA by clicking on its name and then click on the Delete button.
