To restore previosly deleted incidents' histories, mark the check box beside the incident's history you want to restore (you can also restore many at once, just mark more check boxes), and then click on the 'Undelete' button.

If you are not sure which incident's history you want to restore, open it by clicking on its name, and then click on the 'Undelete' button.
