To restore deleted Team Templates, you must have certain permissions. By default, Administrator and Manager Roles can view and manage Teams section.

1. Log in to the Polar help desk application using your user name and password.
2. Click the Teams in the header navigation and then select Deleted Team Templates. The screen with all deleted Team Templates will display.
3. Check the boxes besides one or many deleted Team Templates you want to restore, and then click 'Undelete' button. Selected items will be restored.

You can search for a specific deleted Team Template or choose Advanced view to filter them by the particular Member or Role.

Also, if you are not sure which item you want to restore, click on its name, open it, and then you may choose 'Undelete' button.
