To restore previosly deleted incident, mark the check box beside the incident you want to restore (you can also restore many at once, just mark more check boxes), and then click on the 'Undelete' button.

If you are not sure which incident you want to restore, open the incident by clicking on its name, and then click on the 'Undelete' button.
