To view Documents, you must have certain permissions. By default, Administrator, Manager , and User (Support Representative) can view and manage Documents section.
- Log in to the Polar help desk application using your user name and password.
- Click 'Documents' in the header navigation and then select Documents. The screen with all Documents will display.
- Now you can use searh tool or use you use 'Advanced View' link.
Advanced view will give you more options to search for a docuemnt by:
- namespace
- last modified by
- modified by
- created by
