While viewing and updating incidents, you can sort them in different ways by clicking the header of each column .

To sort entities you need to:

1. Click once on desired column title to sort them in a ascending order by desired parameter in certain list.
2. Click twice on desired column title to sort them in a descending order by desired parameter in certain list.

For example, if you click on “Title” column the incidents will be sorted by their title in ascending order. If you click twice, the incidents will be sorted by their title in descending order.
