Log in into your help desk, click 'Contacts' in navigation bar and then choose Contacts from the padding menu. A screen with a list of all Contacts should appear.

You can search for a specific Contact or choose Advanced filter. Advanced filter will give you options to view Contacts by e-mail or by Account they are member of.
