To view deleted incidents, log in in to your help desk and click on the 'Incidents' in your navigation, then choose 'Deleted Incidents' from the padding menu. A screen with deleted incidents listing should appear.

Note that you can use a search tool to search for a specific incident by its name, ID, tag..and sort them by clicking on entity's name.
