How Can I View Incidents
.

You can choose between default, custom and advanced view. Advanced view give you more options to view incident by specific status, priority, contact, user and/or date modified.

Advanced view can be saved so, in the future, you can select form the box which view you want. After selecting view attributes, click Save button, enter name and click Save again. To make the saved view public, just check box Public view besides Save button.
