How Do I Answer On An Incident
.

To answer on a incident, do the following:

  1. Open Incident window for desired incident by clicking on its title in the Incident list.
  2. Fill in Resolution field and click on "Assign to me".
  3. Change incident status to Waiting (if you are waiting for reply), Closed or In Progress Status.
  4. Fill in others fields as you see fit (optional).
  5. Click on Save button.
