To create a new Service Level Agreement click Create New button on the left side, choose Admin Items and then Service Levels Agreements. A screen with a form will appear. Enter all information and then click Create. You can adjust the following parametres:
Service Level Agreement name - fill in the Service Level Agreement name
Service - from the drop-down box select the Service SLA will be applied to
Service Level - from the drop-down box select the Service Level SLA will be applied to
Description - add textual description of the SLA
Add Account - add Accounts by clicking on the search icon. A list in a box will appear. Choose from the list by clicking green + icon. After you are done, click Create.
