| Only administrator user can set Scheduler options. If enabled, scheduler periodically escalates incidents’ priority. If disabled, eventual escalations and E-mail receiving are not performed. As the scheduler performs actions after specific period of time, incident priority can sometimes be incorrect. If so, the scheduler can be forced to perform escalation.
