To view and modify languages used by Polar help desk, you must have certain permissions. By default, Administrator can view and manage section.

1. Log in to the Polar help desk application using your user name and password.
2. Click on the 'Create New' button in the left sidebar to expand, and then, from the 'Admin Items' select 'Language'. The screen with a translation tables will appear.
3. Do translation, give your language a name, and Save.

If you want to translate it outside the application, export the known language file in a format you prefer (XML, CSV, JSON), and then in step 3 import reneamed file back to the help desk application, name it and save.
