To install Polar Help Desk manually, please do:

1. download the software from our web site
2. save all files in a folder, for example D:\PolarHelpDesk
3. create a virtual folder in IIS for that folder
4. install SQL 2008 Express and, during the installation give all rights on YOUR COMPUTER/NETWORK SERVICE
5. create a new database
6. start the PolarServiceDesk.sql script from the created database
7. start the PolarServiceDesk.sql script
8. open your browser and enter http://path_to_your_virtual_dir/install into your URL field
9. enter the database name and click 'Create'
