Teams Management

This module of Polar help desk 5 helps you manage your support personnel. A Team is a Business Unit Type. It groups your support personnel into logical teams. Every Team can have one or more Users (support representatives) and one User can be in one or more Teams. Each Team uses a one e-mail account and one e-mail notification.

For example, if you provide many support services, have a lot of customers and clients, and have a a great number of Support Representatives / Technicians, you may improve request resolution time by organizing them into groups in a way that each of them will be specialized in providing support for particular Service.
