Advanced Filter you can find on Indicdents, Users, Contacts,... desktop in row of search text box.
- Click on the 'Advanced Filter' link.
- An advanced options will display bellow and now you can filter Incidetns, Contacts, Teams options as you like.
- Click on the 'Go' button.
- On incidents desktop you can save your filer if you like.
