What Does The Run Scheduler Button Do

Polar Help Desk works in periodic cycles in terms of renewing all set tasks. However, if you do not want to wait until a cycle is complete, you can force tasks execution by clicking on the Run Scheduler button located in the Scheduler under the Administration tab.

Note

Only administrator user can use Run Scheduler option.
